Spice World

Spice World is a thin, but also very funny and self-reflexive comedy about the five English Spice Girls. A prerequisite for enjoying the film is liking the music, which plays a major part, of course. It is also to your advantage if you know a bit about the five girls, because throughout the film they make fun of the images that have been attached to them by the press and shrewd managers.
The film spans a few hectic days in the spice girls' lives and culminates in a concert at the Albert Hall. Do not expect much of a plot. Instead, Spice World consists of episodes, which both spring from reality and from dreams and fantasies.
